Introduction:

This agreement outlines the terms governing your interactions with Minicabs Ickenham. When you book a taxi and utilize our services, it signifies your acceptance of these terms.

Booking: 2.1 Ensure you allocate ample time for your journey, particularly when reserving airport transportation.

2.2 Select the appropriate car size that accommodates your group and luggage comfortably.

2.3 If someone in your group requires a wheelchair, please notify us during the booking process.

Prices & Payment: 3.1 We provide a quote based on the information you provide.

3.2 Unless otherwise specified, taxes are not included in the quoted price.

3.3 If your plans change, the price may be adjusted accordingly.

3.4 We wait for up to 45 minutes after your flight lands, covering airport parking costs. Additional charges will apply if you delay us beyond this period.

3.5 After confirming the price, please review your confirmation. If you identify an error, kindly inform us.

The Service: 4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of your group during the journey.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.

4.3 Ensure that children are securely fastened in appropriate safety seats.

4.4 Our passenger capacity is determined by our licensing and insurance limitations.

Cancellations: 5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please do so as early as possible. Cancellations after the car has been dispatched may incur charges.

5.2 If you made an online booking and cancel before dispatch, you may still be subject to charges.

Liability: 6.1 We make every effort to be punctual but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

6.2 You are responsible for your personal belongings.

6.3 In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to promptly provide a replacement.

6.4 Any issues or losses resulting from the actions of your group cannot be attributed to us.

6.5 We cannot evade liability for personal injuries or fatalities resulting from our negligence or fraudulent actions.

Termination: 7.1 We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you or your group pose a threat to the vehicle or driver. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Miscellaneous: 8.1 We may engage other companies to provide services.

8.2 You cannot transfer your responsibilities or rights to another party.

8.3 We retain the authority to modify these terms, so please review them periodically.

8.4 Your data is handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.5 This agreement encompasses all aspects of the relationship between you and us.

8.6 These terms do not confer benefits on any third parties unless mutually agreed in writing.

Disputes: 9.1 Any issues or complaints must be raised within 30 days of your ride; complaints received after this period will not be considered.
